International Shipping: VAT, Taxes & Tax Fees

When shopping at klesarven.com, please be aware that you need to pay VAT, tax and tax fees when your package arrives in your country.

Buyer are responsible for all VAT, import fees, and taxes liable to your country.

We do not deduct Norwegian VAT for international orders. Therefore, the prices on klesarven.no is 25% higher than the prices on klesarven.com.

It is not possible to buy items or gifts and have them shipped to someone else, based in another country. This is due to international tax rules. For gifts and shopping on behalf of someone else, the billing and shipping address need to be in the same country.

If you don't pay the VAT and taxes fees to DHL, they will return the package to us. DHL requires a fee for returning the package. This fee of 35 Euro will be subtracted from the return payment to you.

All packages will be sent with DHL from our storage in Norway. After placing your order, you will receive tracking information in a separate e-mail. If you have any questions regarding your order, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Returns & Money Back Guarantee

You can return your order within 14 days. We offer a Money Back Guarantee, if you'd like a return, please fill out the Return Form found in your package and send it to us:

You need to put 3 copies of the original invoice from us, outside the package in a plastic pocket. Mark them with "Return". If you need a copy of the invoice please contact us and we will send it to you on e-mail.

Just as we are responsible for the goods arriving safely to you, you are responsible for the return arriving safely to us. You can choose how to return the goods yourself, but we recommend sending with tracking. You are responsible for covering the return cost.

The customer pays the return cost and also the new shipping cost if you need a new size or other exchanges. This is unfortunately expensive and we recommend you to sell the garment second hand instead. It takes a long time to return and you also need to contact the tax office to get your taxes back. The tax rules are different to each country so we cannot guarantee the return of the taxes.

We will refund your payment as soon as we receive your return.
